There is no honor among thieves, as the saying goes.? It always amazes how quickly people turn on each other when trying to protect an enterprise in which they both benefitting for so long.? Police are investigating the city?s ousted purchasing director. But he says if anyone has done wrong it?s the city manager.? They point the finger and wave the finger at each other.
