On our new 6ix Secrets menu a creative dessert will catch your eye, called the Baked California. We take a chocolate mousse and cover it with meringue, then flash freeze it to give it an ice cream consistency. A trail of 151 rum is drizzled over the top and lit with a small torch; the show begins with a couple dashes of cinnamon.
