Time heals all wounds EXCEPT aging. As a teen, I suffered with acne problems. Accordingly, I minimized foundation to the Acnesterol the dermatologist prescribed. Then as my skin improved, busy working mom me shunned makeup except on special, formal occasions. Two generations later, people who do not know me guess I am a decade younger than I am. Accordingly without excessive fuss, muss, and cost, I prize my skin enough to care for it. My daily regime is built on moisturizer followed by sunscreen.
Recently I was asked to try Obagi-C Rx System C Exfoliating Day Lotion with Vitamin C. Therefore, for the last week, I have been massaging a few drops gently on my face and neck. I like this thick yet light lotion. I can feel it moisturizing. It is gently, not greasy, and absorbs easily. I can see my skin glow not shine without makeup. Its nice citrus smell never clashes with my fragrance of the day.
This exfoliating lotion was designed to work best on the normal to dry skin that I now have. Exfoliating the outermost layer of the dermis helps correct damage to the outer layer of the skin by protecting cell turn over while accelerating it. I think of this hyaluronate/vitamin C rich moisturizer as my own anti-aging fountain of youth.
Obagi-C Rx System Exfoliating Day Lotion with Vitamin C hydrates and promotes brighter skin. I see my senior senior skin healthy, refreshed, revitalized. I see my skin is clearer, smoother. A little goes a long way, to rejuvenate, protect, and clarify. At first I thought the $49.50 list of a two fluid ounce bottle pricey. However, since a little really does go a long way, I have reconsidered.
This topical antioxidant is available online as well through skin care specialists.
Obagi is also online on Facebook and Twitter.
